Primary Mine Ventilation

Primary mine ventilation (Surface Fans) is the main system used to supply fresh air to underground mining operations. Our Titan Series fans are the solution to your primary ventilation needs. Our titan fans comes in two variations a direct driven fan and a long shaft variation.

Direct driven fan features a dual-stage system that ensures exceptional stability and performance, even in high-pressure applications. This robust construction guarantees reliability, making it perfect for demanding environments where consistent airflow is critical for safety and efficiency.

Long Shaft Variation utilizes a long shaft to connect the fan to the motor, specifically designed for applications in sensitive environments like coal mines. This configuration enhances safety by reducing the risk of ignition from potential sparks, ensuring a secure working atmosphere for miners.

They’re called Titan fans for a reason, boasting impressive diameters of over 2.5 meters and delivering more than 1100 kW of power. Booster and Auxilary Ventilation Fans

Our Booster fans are an essential part of underground mine ventilation systems, used to increase airflow in long tunnels or deep sections where the primary ventilation system alone is insufficient. By strategically placing booster fans along the main airways, they help maintain air pressure and ensure a continuous supply of fresh air to distant or hard-to-reach areas. This not only improves air quality but also enhances safety and operational efficiency in larger mining operations.

In addition to booster fans, Auxiliary fans play a crucial role in localized ventilation. These smaller, portable fans are typically deployed in areas where flexible airflow control is needed, such as development headings or dead-end zones where the main ventilation system may not reach effectively.
